Welcome to the website for the Property Appraisers' Association of Florida, Inc. (PAAF); the oldest association of elected officials in the State of Florida. PAAF was organized in 1903 for the purpose of establishing and maintaining fair and equitable assessments throughout the State of Florida. As a result of the hard work and dedication of its members PAAF has accomplished much toward improving Florida's ad valorem tax structure. Although the members have seen significant changes over the years in the duties and responsibilities of property appraisers, the original goals of PAAF and its membership remain unchanged.
It is an honor for me to be have been elected to serve as the 2005-2006 President of an organization comprised of such skilled, knowledgeable, and dedicated professionals. I look forward to the year ahead and the challenges it will bring as we work together to ensure fair and equitable assessments for all Florida property owners.
